As my way to thank you from me to you for your great service and dedication to our Nation, as a Veteran, when you work with me to buy or sell a home you will*
*Receive a $500 credit at closing when purchasing a home or property. This can be applied to closing costs or a check will be cut at closing written out to you, for you to use however you wish!
*I will donate $200 to any Veteran Organization of your Choice upon Closing!
*Home purchase must be for a Veteran, (Veteran on the Loan and/or title) and above $150,000 to qualify for this offering. If it is less than $150,000 purchase, I will still give 10% of my gross commission back to the buyer at closing and another 2% towards donation). The buyer agent commission must be offered or negotiated to be at least 3% as well).
